An early harvest or refectory table made in Quebec around 1850. Can seat 8 comfortably with a generous
26" clearance from floor to skirt bottom. Found in the late 1970's along the St. Lawrence seaway near the
Ontario-Quebec border. Wood is pine with ash trim around top.

Important banquet table made for the MacDonald tobacco family of Montreal. Solid walnut with birch runners.
A nice example of country formal style in a very functional dining table. Can seat 14 when fully extended
