18th c. Quebec Buffet French Canadian petit armorie or low buffet dating to the late 1700's. Front and sides show 8 cut-corner raised panels. Retains original forged hardware including interior lock. The small scale and graceful design have persuaded every owner to keep this cupboard in immaculate shape through its life. There have been no alterations or reductions. All forged hardware is original including the interior lock. Piece was sealed with bronze french polish in the 1940's.
